Note: There is a one-time setup fee which includes semi-annual inspections of the property, one free advertisement, setting up the property in the computer system. The fees are ½ first month rent if the property is vacant or ¼ of the first month rent if the property is occupied. We don’t ask for any money up front. our fees are due when we collect the first month rent.
